What is a core deposit and how do I return it?
A core charge is a refundable deposit on your old engine. When your new engine arrives, you have 30 days to return your old (core) engine to us using the prepaid return label included in your shipment. Once received and inspected, your core deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
