Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Core charges may apply where applicable.

Received a defective or damaged engine? Document it with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We prioritize all defect claims.
Remanufactured engine orders may require a core return. Your old engine must be returned within the specified window. Core deposits are refunded once the core is received.
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will provide freight quotes upon request.

Call us at +1(323)696-7549 or email us to initiate your return. Have your order number ready. Do NOT ship the engine back before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Our team reviews your request and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on your return package. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Secure the engine in its original packaging (or equivalent). Include all accessories, paperwork, and the RMA number. Ship using a freight carrier with tracking and insurance coverage.

Once approved, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation. The refund returns to your original payment method.
